Halibut & Chips
Our favorite place to eat when we are in Cambria. Fabulous beer selection, full bar, excellent service and great food. Vickie and Greg the owners are welcoming hosts. Our favorite is the halibut fish and chips, and coconut shrimp..
Steamed Clams
West End Grill is our go to place everytime we visit. The steamer clams are our favorite. They pair perfectly with their delicious bloody Marys.
Patty Melt
Also ate Shrimp Cocktail and Gary's potatoes. Great food. Great wine and cocktails. Very local place but the staff made me feel like am a local. Thank you Gary and Vicki for the great service, food, and warm hospitality.
Buffalo Chicken Wings
These are the best I've eaten. Very meaty wings and consistent in meatiness.

My husband and I went to West End Bar and Grill to watch a Philadelphia Eagles game (Go Birds)...anyways..I had some clam chowder. O.M.G.? it was the best clam chowder I have ever had! I am so glad Gary didn't have celery in it...it would have ruined it? Steve and Becky from Indiana will be back for sure. Gary and his wife have a special place that is very warm and welcoming! A diamond in the rough.
New England Clam Chowder
My friends and I have visited the area a few dozen times through the years and had never tried West End till the Friday before Veterans Day. Honestly, this place will be our go to restaurant from now on. We've tried so many and many of them have been your average overpriced small town dive. This place is just amazing! My friends and I love the clam chowder... it's the best we've had and we've had it a lot at different places throughout the US. Another friend had the Caesar salad and said it was the best Caesar dressing she's ever tasted and believe me she only has that as her dressing where ever we go so she's had a lot. Definitely our regular spot when we visit moving forward!
Blue Cheese Wedge Salad
Very crisp, not overdressed wedge. Split w/ friend. Also split shrimp pasta alfredo. Also very tasty. Great beer taps and friendly service. One of my faves in Cambria for a relaxing beer and din din.
